Lorraine Spinogatti

Prior to locating to St Petersburg, Florida,  Lorraine had been a licensed Realtor in  in New Jersey for 27 years.  In addition to receiving the NJAR Circle of Excellence award multiple years, her successes were also recognized both nationally  and locally by her prior broker. She holds a business degree from Richard Stockton State University as well as several Real Estate designations.

She had been involved with the Women’s Council of Realtors, serving as Secretary, President Elect and Chapter President in 2009 and again for 2014. She also served on several committees at the Board of Realtors. She was also selected as the New Jersey Realtor Associate of the year in 2016.

Beginning with the end in mind, Lorraine's goal is to make her clients move a positive experience both emotionally and financially. She takes a proactive approach in discussing client’s needs and outlining a plan to help them obtain their goals.
